Role Description
This is a full-time entry-level Sales Executive role at Birlamedisoft in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, promoting and selling healthcare software solutions, meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.This is an on-site role in Pune.
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission-based Model
INR 10,000 fixed pay + 10% commission on all sales, no upper limit
Requirements- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
- Cold Calling skills
- Lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare software solutions is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
