Project Control Services Practitioner

Educational Qualification : Graduate or above

Your typical day will involve ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining service levels.

• Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations.
• Develop and maintain incident management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables related to incident management.
• Ensure compliance with incident management standards and best practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of incident management processes and tools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
• Experience in managing and resolving incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful incident management solutions.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
