Job Profile: HR Cum Admin Executive
Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

oImplement performance management systems to track employee performance and development.
oConduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.- Training and Development:
oIdentify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
oCoordinate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.- HR Administration:
oMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
oPrepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.- Compliance:
oEnsure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
oStay updated on changes to labor laws and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Qualification PGDM / MBA in HR Management is Mandatory
