INTERNALLY CALLING LIKE COORDINATION WORK IN MIRA ROADNO TARGET FIX SALARY TIMING 10 TO 6:30 PM SUNDAY OFF Overview A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, or provide customer support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade or assist customers efficiently. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally. Key Responsibilities Calling & Customer Interaction Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and provide necessary information. Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and ensure satisfaction. Lead Generation & Sales Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling.
Persuade customers to buy products or services by explaining their benefits. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead targets. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Data Entry & Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update customer details in the CRM or database for future reference. Prepare daily reports on call performance, leads generated, and conversions.
Adherence to Company Policies Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and compliance requirements. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with customer data.
