Croma - A Tata Company is looking to hire Customer Service Desk for its new store in Khajaguda.
Customer Service
Resolve service requests and complaints as per the defined process, ensuring SLA adherence
Regular communication with customers on the status of the requests including product installations, repairs and returns
Interaction across touch points, including service centres, brands and stores to ensure timely resolution of the complaints
Process & Performance Management
Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to the Customer Service Desk
Daily review & follow up on complaints and resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
Review of parameters such as Customer NPS, VOC and take necessary steps to improve on the same
