Requirements

- Recommend and implement strategic improvements to enhance talent acquisition processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in the hiring process, providing insights on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate assessment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.
- Strong network of potential candidates and sourcing expertise.
- Ability to craft targeted candidate profiles and assess job skills and competencies effectively.
- Proven ability to engage and excite candidates about career opportunities.
- Skilled in leveraging various sourcing techniques, including creative and unconventional channels, to attract the right talent.
