Job Description
  1. Drive various HR initiatives to foster employee engagement across the assigned portfolio.
  2. Branch Visits, Follow up branch visits/Location Visits
  3. Employee Satisfaction Survey/UF Feedback Survey: Analyse and share feedback with line managers on areas, which need intervention. Observe recurrent trends and recommend initiatives or programs for improvisation.
  4. New Joinee Mentoring: Drive the initiative across the region Conduct mentor training workshops all mentors.
  5. Reward and Recognition: Drive various programs across the region.
  6. Employee Meets Facilitate these meets and ensure resolution to employee queries and concerns.
  7. Guiding/Training managers on the Bank's Performance Management System.
  8. Partnering with Line to ensure that expected performance standards are maintained
  9. Monitoring the rollout and compliance to the PIP process, partnering with line to ensure fair opportunities are given to employees in this regards.
  10. Partnering with line to create career opportunities for Individuals identified under the talent pool
  11. Employee Career Discussions: To understand their career aspirations, clarify expectations; discuss career options in the bank etc.
  12. Career planning: Work with supervisors regarding career plans for their respective team members.
  13. Job Rotations-Act as an enabler for employees to take higher-level roles/cross functional roles based on the Bank requirements and their career aspirations.
  14. Work with Lead HR BF to add value and insights on TRC process
  15. Ensure ready pipeline of talent pool is available at senior level.
  16. Work on 9 box plotting calibration for every region
  17. Monitor progress and milestones of IDP's
  18. Work with the high attrition circle heads to improve retention
  19. To evaluate which all roles can be taken up for job ready models and work on the same along with TA
