Key Responsibilities:

• Non-IT Recruiter:
• Engage in the recruitment process to source, screen, and hire fresh talent for various positions within the organization.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• UG: BCom, B.B.A, or B.M.S (Any Specialization)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to organizational goals.
