Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2C Sales

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for education, and a

proven track record of driving growth. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with

educational institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the

customer base within the education sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and

prospecting.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in

educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities.

Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, effectively

communicating the value and benefits.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet

their specific needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer

support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and conversion

rates.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and

generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 or above years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education industry

or a related field.

Strong understanding of the education market, including knowledge of current trends,

challenges, and opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding

sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
