Group Senior Technical Program Manager - DP World

Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects across multiple technical domains.
• Drive the formulation of project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
• Champion the implementation and adherence to security standards and best practices across the organization.
• Act as a key decision-maker in project-related issues, offering technical and strategic guidance to teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of the project management office (PMO).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of Technical program management/project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technical projects.
• Deep knowledge and expertise in Infrastructure, Security, Data Platforms, and AI/ML.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
