Financial Reporting & Compliance Assistant
Role Introduction:
The Financial Reporting & Compliance Assistant is responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports for the organization. She/He has to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, MIS and other financial statements.
- Good Understanding on Book Keeping, Book Closure, IGAAP, IFRS, R2R, Consolidation processes
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other teams to obtain financial data for reports as needed.
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and prepare written and oral reports on findings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain and update financial reporting policies and procedures.

What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or CA (inter ).
- Previous experience 2+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Tally ERP, NetSuite and other financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
