About the Role:
The scope of the role spans across the Amazon India Fresh market focused at reduction of network losses arising from Rejects, Damage, Concessions and expiry or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with FC/transportation Operations, ACES, SL&P, Products, SDS, Legal, and marketing.

Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and customer experience.
- Collaborate with central program teams and operational stakeholders to align on cost-reduction strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding and hands-on experience of supply chain operational processes.
- Analyze operational data to identify root causes of losses, develop or implement solutions, and track impact.
- Standardize metrics, processes, and SOPs across fulfillment channels related to Fresh.
- Drive product implementation and operational process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Influencing stakeholders to drive high impact cross functional projects.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
