Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably from the automobile domain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with decision-makers, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about sales and business growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on company fit, interest level, and decision-making power.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects, understand their pain points, and introduce MyOperator's solutions.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales development (preferably in SaaS/B2B sales).
- Preference for candidates with experience in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
