Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and conversion strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• MBA degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitors activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Track and report key sales metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
