IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a Product Manager for our Credit Card division, you will be responsible for developing and managing our credit card products and programs to drive growth and profitability.

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the credit card portfolio
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new credit card products and features
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancements
• Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, promotions, and product retirement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure all credit card products and programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the credit card industry
• Strong understanding of retail banking and credit card products and services
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing credit card products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
