We are looking for a highly experienced Sr Technical Lead-Data Engg to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of data engineers, and will play a key role in designing and developing data pipelines and systems to support our business needs.

• Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop and maintain data pipelines and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems
• Implement best practices for data security and privacy
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data engineering field

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data engineers
• Strong experience in designing and developing data pipelines and systems using technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and SQL
• Experience in data modelling, ETL, and data warehousing
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
