Sales Admin I
Overview:
The Sales Admin 1’s prime purpose is to:
- Participate in the day to day business to provide excellent customer service with the maximum efficiency:
- To meet the needs of both external and internal customers;
- To support business growth.
- This service shall range from:
- Order entry to invoicing;
- Claim & return handling and crediting
- Provide information and support;
- Processes orders within an appropriate time frame;
- Provide timely answers to problems and questions
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide prompt and precise invoicing for customers as well as internal and external partners
- Responsible of processing all orders (consumables to complex quotes) in the region received via all possible media such as phone, fax, e-procurement, etc., including invoicing processes.
- Generate the outbound process ensuring the effectiveness and neutrality of prioritization
- Communicate with customers via phone, email or fax as required
- Maintain accuracy of invoiced data
- Ensure compliance of SOPs, B/R accounting roles, local regulations and SOX requirements such as revenue recognition, inventory rules and Export compliance
- Coordinate the returns of product within approval guidelines
- Monitoring and analyzing the back order situation; taking proper actions as per SOP
- Interface with local selling units and the departments of Pacific Region
- Cooperate with FIN, IT, HR, QA/RA
- Knowledge of Customer Service, Order Processing and supply chain issues, with a general understanding of the logistics area and business administration.
- Comfort with ERP based order processing and web based order processing.
- Understanding the impact of applications on the logistics and supply chain processes and business administration/accounting with a focus of customer orientation
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar customer service role
- Graduation / Bachelor’s degree in a Business or customer service
- Standard MS office and collaboration tools
- Working experience with SAP system and SFDC
