Job Description

Talent Acquisition
  • Support the team with managing the recruitment inbox and queries, both internal and external
  • Scheduling interviews (virtual and in-person), including room bookings and the coordination/administration of assessments
  • Ensuring the Talent Acquisition Tracker is current and up to date
  • Proactive management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) i.e. - closing down of roles, ensuring applicants and candidates have been responded to
  • Uploading job descriptions and coordinating the advertisement of roles on the website and LinkedIn
  • On-boarding recruitment agencies and handling agency queries
  • Arranging agency briefings
  • Updating and organising the 'Talent Acquisition' space on the document management system (DMS) and ensuring all files are up to date
  • Liaising with the Hiring Managers on availability to interview and keeping them well informed on the process, such as changes to candidates in process
  • General recruitment related admin, such as the processing of recruitment invoices and other related expenses
  • Assisting with recruitment data and reporting
  • Supervise the workload of more members of the Talent Acquisition team
Onboarding
  • Creating and sharing offer paperwork and managing new joiner forms including using DocuSign
  • Managing data entry for new joiners in the HR System (SAP Success Factors)
  • Initiating background screening
  • Ensuring right to work checks are managed and relevant immigration processes adhered to
  • Creating personnel files and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly
  • Implementing a positive worker experience through the initiation of pre-onboarding activities
  • Planning new joiner induction schedules and conducting elements of the induction process
  • Building robust knowledge of HR systems as it relates to the onboarding experience and current HR business processes
  • Assisting with implementing new onboarding programmes, including reporting, sending invitations, surveys, and other follow-up communications
  • Developing presentations and acting as a liaison for key stakeholders (i.e., Business counterparts, Finance, IT, Facilities) to ensure seamless integration
  • Guiding onboarding policy/process/learning material creation, and maintaining the knowledge management system, ensuring all content is relevant and up-to-date
  • Guiding on any other administrative tasks as required by the People Team
  • Supervise the workload of team members of the Onboarding team
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong people, team, and process management skills in GCC environment
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of working in HR and recruitment in the legal or professional services sectors preferable
  • Strong IT Skills in Word, Excel, and email
  • Strong organization skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of best practice HR and recruitment processes
  • Experience in elevating the employee experience through operational excellence
  • Experience in working with a team to meet critical business deadlines
  • Able to work on multiple projects/priorities at one time and adapt quickly to change
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Experience guiding a team
  • Good people management skills and the ability to guide and motivate teams - to build and drive team capability
