Provide information about colleges, courses, job opportunities, and skill development programs. Conduct one-on-one sessions, workshops, and webinars for career planning. Research & Industry Insights Stay updated on emerging career trends, job market demand, and industry growth.
Gather and maintain resources on higher education programs, entrance exams, and certifications. Help in developing career-related articles, blogs, and presentations. Student Engagement & Support Assist in conducting career assessment tests and personality profiling.
Guide individuals on resume building, interview preparation, and job applications. Support students in internship and job placement processes. Administrative & Reporting Tasks Maintain records of counselling sessions and student progress. Prepare reports and insights on student career choices and outcomes.
