You have:

1. At least 14 years of experience in analytics with minimum 9 years hands-on Proficiency in either 1 or 2 and working experience of the rest

Retail Banking or Insurance domain expertise with the focus on customer analytics etc

Analytical Techniques: Regression, Forecasting, segmentation, optimization etc

1. Hands on experience in solving structured/unstructured problems by applying statistical techniques and/or machine learning methods
2. Knack for creating compelling visualization; be it slides, dashboards or any User interface
3. Experience in managing team with demonstrated capability to motivate, influence and coach/mentor
4. Proven ability to translate business requirements into an analytics problem statement
