• Conduct one-on-one or telephonic counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, preferences, and aspirations.
• Provide personalized guidance to students regarding their study abroad options, including academic programs, destinations, and cultural experiences.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs that align with their academic goals and meet the requirements
• Maintain up-to-date information on academic programs, universities, scholarships, admission requirements and other resources relevant to studying abroad.
• Inform students about scholarships and financial aid options to help them fund their studies abroad.
• Collaborate with the operations department to ensure seamless coordination and support for students throughout the study abroad process.
• Provide continuous support to students during their preparation for departure and throughout their study abroad experience.
• Stay updated on trends and changes in the field of international education and adapt counseling strategies accordingly by attending training session and other value adding programs.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities like expos, fairs etc. to attract new customers to the company's services.
• Follow up with previously enrolled students and gain reference leads.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports with accurate data and information and share the same with the concerned managers and team lead.

• Overseas education counseling experience mandatory
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments
• Proficient is MS Office suite
