Job Title: B2C Sales Executive – Chain of Pain ClinicsLocation: Gurgaon or Delhi
Age Requirement: Up to 25 years
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hardcore sales experience (Freshers are also welcome)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2C Sales Executive to join our chain of pain clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding patient concerns, advising them on our services, and driving the sales process.The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with the care management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Patient Problems:
Engage with patients to deeply understand their pain-related issues and concerns.
Answering Queries:
Respond to patient inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about our services.
Advise on Services: Use structured discussions to advise patients on the most suitable services that address their specific needs.Manage Sales Process: Handle the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the patient.
Collaborate with Care Managers: Work closely with the care management team to ensure patient needs are met and services are aligned.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance clinic revenue.
Collect and Update Patient Data: Accurately collect and update patient information in the CRM system to maintain detailed and up-to-date records
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in hardcore sales (Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Gurgaon or Delhi. - Immediate availability to join
