Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Admin and Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and oversee administrative tasks, housekeeping staff, and daily operations of our coworking space. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.This role involves daily inventory audits, stock checks for the coworking cafeteria, and regular reporting to the Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome members, visitors, and clients with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist members with inquiries, issues, and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee and manage the administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the coworking space.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update member records and databases.
- Handle mail distribution and courier services.
Housekeeping Supervision:
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the coworking space.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure high standards are met.
- Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Perform daily inventory audits and stock checks for the coworking cafeteria.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies and refreshments.
- Place orders for office supplies, cafeteria stock, and other necessary items as needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory system and keep accurate records.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, maintenance, and other relevant areas to the Community Manager.
- Communicate effectively with the Community Manager regarding any issues or updates.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Pay: 10,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
