We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in design, branding, or digital agencies. You will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, nurturing relationships, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify and engage with potential clients who require branding, digital, spatial, or experience design services.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, secure projects, and drive revenue growth.
- Industry & Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging business opportunities, and competitor activity within the design and branding sector.
- Provide insights that shape sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Sales Strategy & Pitching
- Develop compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations that effectively communicate EuMos value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with design capabilities.
- Project Oversight
- Work closely with design and strategy teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines and revenue targets.
