This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction & Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Provide information about products, services, or policies.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly. Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach at all times. 2. Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable): Promote company products and services to potential customers. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 3. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM software. Log details of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback for reporting. Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adhere to company policies, service guidelines, and compliance standards.
