Role Purpose

Responsible for facilities and infrastructure maintenance and compliance management for all outsourced locations across the country. This involves new site requirement analysis, consolidation, site management, procurement of logistics, ensuring site compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

1. Oversee management of end-to-end diversified Infrastructure operations spread over 250+ sites across India to ensure business continuity and smooth functioning of daily operations
2. Develop and implement SOPs for Procurement & Sale of Assets, Transfer / Regbading of assets / Asset Reconcilliation
3. Oversee implementation of security services, standards of safety and other Infra work related measures across Sales offices
4. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Managers, Circle Heads, ZSMs, RH and PSA vendors / partners key persons to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of infrastructure related issues
5. Conduct cost benefit analysis of potential new sites as per business requirements to finalize new office locations, collecting market benchmarking data to ensure best-in-class cost-effective set-ups
6. Lead negotiations with site owners for waiver / reduction in the Rentals and escalation terms and achieve cost optimization objectives
7. Analyze site set-ups to identify optimization opportunities in terms of site utilization
8. Oversee site moitoring activities to ensure a healthy work environment and hygiene at all the vendor sites
9. Ensure service delivery with 100% adherence to Cost & Timelines with Zero defects on Regulatory/EHS/Local laws and regulations
10. Drive PSA partners / vendors for 100% compliant sites as per mandatory norms and standards, ensuring timely collection of monthly self declaration checklists
11. Analyze internal processes to provide recommendations for performance improvement initiatives related to Infrastructure utilities and facilities

1. Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory requirements (legal/Compliance) with regards to Facilities, Infrastructure and Manpower management
2. Knowledge of construction safety standards and standard EHS guidelines, National Building Code etc.
3. Strong Project management experience required in Facilities management , Project management consultancty (PMC) in Real Estate etc. Training in Project Management (PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus). Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
4. Prior EHS experience in the same/similar industry and demonstrated experience with EHS regulations and National Building code (NBC)/local laws & regulations.
5. Extensive knowledge of competition and demonstrate external focus to remain strongly competitive in the market
