Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Office and Fiscal Administration:
Works under the direct supervision of the Manager/GM Administration with specific instructions on routine or semi-routine work and established work parameters for the hospital.
Performs professional work that requires knowledge of general administrative/ office management practices and the basic application and use of concepts, theories, and terminology of hospital administration.
Completes other work consistent with a basic understanding of the mission and vision, the role and goals of the administrative, academic, or research unit, and the tasks and responsibilities of the administration in the achievement of the goals.
Daily rounds of the hospital and to support all the departments to function smoothly. Provides administrative support to the various departments by assisting with the coordination and administration of programs, projects and/or processes and with the preparation and control of records, statistics, reports, and documents.First-line administrative work directly with the staff to provide various support services by co-ordinating with organization's physical facilities with the staff and work.
Liaising for all the statutory requirement as per requirement.
Logistics managements with respect to transportation for different hospital activities, shifting etc.
Maintain office file systems and administrative files. Reconcile and update records as necessary.
Provide basic administrative support for the Manager-Administration including: filing, photocopying, submitting paperwork, sending and receiving faxes, shredding confidential documents and distribution of documents for administrative activities.
Work with the Manager Administration to develop, modify, and enforce existing procedures to streamline processes, improve responsiveness and quality.
Develop and maintain procedural documentation and guidelines, especially with respect to purchasing, equipment acquisition, and inventory management
Maintain cleanliness of office, delegating responsibility to other staff and following up as appropriate.
Work on special administrative projects assigned by the top management
Prepares correspondence, reports, forms, work orders, and specialized documents for printing are proof readed for accuracy.
Coordinates and participates in quality assessment and improvement activities for administrative staffs. Monitor and update all the daily rounds, incidents and committee register as per protocol.
Processes various administrative documents and data. Creates routine informational materials.
Housekeeping and Waste Management
Establish and maintain housekeeping schedules and assign employees to areas for various housekeeping duties; conduct comprehensive inspection to check the completion of work assignments.
Monitor and evaluate the hazardous waste management program to ensure compliance with applicable regulations; evaluate and implement alternative methods for handling hazardous waste
Monitor for general cleanliness of store rooms, basement and condemn unnecessary wastes on weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain records and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, expense and general housekeeping activities.
Patient complaints and suggestion systems
Provide support to the staff members for handling the patients in complex situations or problematic patients.
Review patient suggestion and complaint form and takes necessary actions as applicable with the approval of the supervisors.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 25,000.00 - 28,000.00 per month
