Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Lead Nurture Manager with 12+ yrs experience to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in developing and executing lead nurturing strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term customer relationships.You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create personalized experiences that guide leads through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and enhance conversion rates.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel nurturing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize data-driven insights to segment leads effectively and personalize communication based on behavior and preferences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop valuable resources (eBooks, webinars, newsletters) that address lead pain points and promote brand authority.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align lead nurturing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Lead Scoring and Management: Develop and refine lead scoring criteria to prioritize nurturing efforts and improve the quality of leads handed over to sales.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for lead nurturing and engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in lead nurturing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, with a focus on B2B environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead nurturing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
