Korn Ferry is looking for a POD Lead to join us on one of our exciting client accounts. You will play a critical role in shaping the recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and driving continuous improvement in our hiring processes.

Job Title: POD Lead (Senior Recruiter)

Shift: US Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure the team meets its targets.
  • A primary point of contact for the team of Online staffing specialists to ensure smooth running of the process.
  • Ensure all process related duties/activities are completed as per the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Ensure the agreed TATs are maintained by the team.
  • Demonstrate problem solving capabilities in resolving issues by working closely with the leadership.
  • Provide solutions for the processes, share & implement process improvement ideas & support team in completing the value-added projects.
  • Review & ensure adherence to prepare performance reports, process data reports and prepare and conduct training for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
