Job Overview

Our team at My College Buddy is looking for a Junior Admission Counselor to join us on a full-time basis in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience in admissions or a related field. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing insights and support to ensure a seamless experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and other stakeholders
• Customer service orientation to assist and guide prospective students efficiently
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address concerns and obstacles during the admissions process
• Keen attention to detail to manage applications and documentation accurately
• Organizational skills to handle multiple applications and maintain proper records

• Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admissions processes and requirements
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate student groups about My College Buddys offerings
• Manage and review student applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and effective responses
• Follow up with applicants to ensure that all requirements are met and assist in resolving any issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission policies and available programs
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop recruiting strategies and promotional materials
• Generate reports and provide data analysis on admissions metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
