Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team for our product Cloud Pathology LIMS. This role focuses on promoting our cutting-edge Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to pathology labs and diagnostic centers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, and the ability to build relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients in the pathology and diagnostics sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Visit laboratories and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory to present the Cloud Pathology LIMS solution.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the benefits of the software.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Account Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the point of contact for client queries and provide post-sale support when required.
  • Market Insights:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to refine offerings based on market needs.

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
  • Familiarity with pathology laboratories or diagnostic centers is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of cloud-based software and IT systems is preferred.
  • Mobility:Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client visits.
