Having experience in NOC, alarm monitoring, troubleshooting RAN/Core technologies. As NOC engineer he should play a critical role in providing timely alarms, network health check, support field teams for network elements integration and commissioning for fast rollout and network upkeep to improve RAN/Core KPIs & quality network to customers.
He should work with cross functional NOC teams to ensure for successful delivery of our network Projects.
  • Network elements alarms monitoring in 24x7 shift
  • First level support to field teams for network nodes integration
  • NOC L1 team Member cross functional coordination to upkeep network availability & improved KPIs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RAN/Core network issues.
  • Involved to work with Tejas/CDoT L2/L3 teams for KPI analysis & reporting
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolution of faults.
Troubleshoot basic translation issues using translations verification tests, test lines, and signaling applications.
Coordinating with OEM Support team for handling resolved cases
Ensuring proper closure of tickets from region and cross functional teams

Good English communication.

RAN/CORE basic Architecture knowledge

Work in 24 x 7 shift.
