Arcot Group is seeking a passionate and innovative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand and products.
You will collaborate with influencers, build lasting relationships, and create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences across various platforms. Your role will involve identifying potential influencers, negotiating partnerships, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential influencers that fit the brand’s image and target audience.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with influencers on campaign deliverables.
  • Creating Offline campaign briefs and collaborating with influencers to produce engaging content.
  • Monitoring and analyzing online and offline campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Managing influencer relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout campaigns.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify relevant influencers based on brand objectives and target audience.
  • Develop creative influencer strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Develop UGC strategies to encourage organic content creation by influencers and customers.
  • Leverage barter marketing strategies to maximize influencer partnerships at low cost.
  • Track trending UGC formats and incorporate them into marketing plans.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, including engagement rates, conversions, impressions, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and influencer performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.

✅ Marketing background (Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

✅ Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC, barter collaborations, and social media trends.

✅ Experience in negotiating deals and managing influencer contracts.

✅ Ability to run data-driven campaigns and track performance metrics.

✅ Proficiency in social media analytics, influencer platforms, and CRM tools.

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influencers and brand partners.

✅ A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
