Job Overview

  • Organizational skills (Mandatory skill) - Strong ability to manage various HR tasks and maintain accurate records systematically.
  • Onboarding - Proficiency in facilitating the onboarding process to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
  • HRIS management - Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems for managing employee data efficiently.
  • Data analysis - Aptitude for analyzing HR data to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
  • Communication skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Attention to detail - Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in HR documentation and processes.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns and providing feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training sessions.
