Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee and manage our presence on e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon, to ensure optimal performance and growth.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for sale. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to maintain inventory flow.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to enhance visibility and attract potential customers.
Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotions on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and improve brand visibility.Customer Service: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights and reports. Use this data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure that all product listings and sales practices comply with platform policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of driving sales and growth. Experience with Amazon FBA is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and platform algorithms.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platform analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
