Electrical Project Execution Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material handling for project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance at project sites.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and address concerns.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for management review.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues encountered during project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 10-15 years in electrical project execution, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and project management principles.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
