We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.

• Identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Negotiating and closing sales deals
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in using CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
