Help develop, maintain and monitor compliance to Client Data Protection (CDP) and ADM in data / AI / transformation projects and new opportunities, while collaborating across teams to implement best practices and strategic goals set by senior management.

What are we looking for? • Client Data Protection (CDP) and Information Security (IS) compliance management

Knowledge of Data Privacy regulations e.g. GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Knowledge of software engineering / data engineering / AI / ML processes and frameworks (CMMI, ADM)
Six Sigma
Project Management
Stakeholder Management

Roles and Responsibilities: • Help develop and maintain CDP plans for mitigating security risk in data / AI / transformation projects

Work with Delivery Leads and Project Teams to ensure all new work / contracts are mobilized with relevant CDP and ADM controls
Monitor and ensure compliance to controls, along with compliance to contractual and regulatory requirements for all projects in scope
Monitor the sales cycle for new opportunities and provide support to establish CDP and ADM controls as per standards
Assist deal / project teams with CDP / ADM methodologies and best practices
Work with the project teams to develop action plans based on assessment findings, compliance auditing to close identified gaps.
Collaborate across ecosystem including Data Protection, Legal, Delivery Leads, in order to drive effective Client Data Protection program
Contribute to the Client Data Protection control points and standard deliverables by providing reviews and recommending enhancements
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Potential certifications (nice to have any or some of these):
DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor (DCPLA) - Data Security Council of India (DSCI)
CISA [Certified Information Systems Auditor]
CISSP [Certified Information Systems Security Professional]
CIPT [Certified Information Privacy Technologist]
