We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience leading technical projects and programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs on time and within budget.
• Develop program plans, timelines, and roadmaps to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

• 7-8 years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
