As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing an excellent dining experience for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the outlet.

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and ensure quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety is a plus.
• 1-10 years of experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
