Sales Coordinator - FMCG (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and assign distributors across India in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the industry and a proven track record in handling large-scale distribution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and assign distributors across India.
• Coordinate and manage distribution operations on a Pan India scale.
• Understand and navigate the nuances of the FMCG industry to drive efficient distribution.
• Utilize excellent organizing skills to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align distribution strategies with company goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the MD & Founder.

Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination or distribution management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in handling large-scale distribution operations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and distribution networks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and technically sound.
• Immediate joiner preferred, but candidates with a 30-day notice period will also be considered.

• Work Schedule : 6 days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
