We are looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO's office and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Requirements- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, press and other external partners
- Plan & oversee travel and accommodation arrangements
- Screen, Schedule and Manage inbound/outbound CXO branding via Events, Podcasts & Public Speaking opportunities
- Review opportunities for cost reduction across the company by effectively managing subscriptions and fixed costs.
- Be an extra pair of project management/assistance to projects taken up by other CXOs
- Ensure MIS & information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes/notes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the digital filing system
- Act as an office manager and oversee the performance of other administrative staff
