• Ensure that transformers are manufactured according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks during various stages of production and collaborate with the Quality Control team.
• Identify and resolve any quality-related issues during the manufacturing process.
• Supervise and maintain production machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues in production systems.
• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing training and support when necessary.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by coordinating activities between different departments such as design, procurement, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe work
• Maintain accurate records of production processes, work schedules, and material usage.
• Generate and analyze production reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with R&D and design teams to integrate new technologies and improve product designs.
• Provide feedback on product design and production processes for better manufacturability.
• Occasionally liaise with customers to understand specific production requirements or address any issues related to delivery or quality.

• Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, including winding, insulation, assembly, testing, and packaging.
• Familiarity with production planning and control systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD software, ERP systems, and other manufacturing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage production teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

• 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, ideally within the transformer or electrical industry.
• Hands-on experience with production processes, machinery, and quality assurance.
