- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing training and support when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by coordinating activities between different departments such as design, procurement, and assembly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe work
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, work schedules, and material usage.
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with R&D and design teams to integrate new technologies and improve product designs.
- Provide feedback on product design and production processes for better manufacturability.
- Occasionally liaise with customers to understand specific production requirements or address any issues related to delivery or quality.
- Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, including winding, insulation, assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Familiarity with production planning and control systems.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, ERP systems, and other manufacturing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage production teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, ideally within the transformer or electrical industry.
- Hands-on experience with production processes, machinery, and quality assurance.
