About the Role:
We seek a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in international B2B sales for IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth of USD 1.5-2 million annually, be proficient in outbound sales strategies, and possess expertise in consultative selling and digital outreach.
The role requires a data-driven sales approach, leveraging various digital channels and CRM tools to optimize prospecting, lead generation, and conversion. The candidate should be skilled at engaging C-level executives and decision-makers, understanding their technology needs, and closing enterprise-level deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Market Expansion & Targeting:
- Identify, segment, and penetrate high-potential markets (US, UK, EU, Singapore, and the Middle East) based on demand, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Focus on key industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and SaaS where IT services and digital transformation solutions are in demand.
- Outbound & Digital Sales Execution:
- Drive multi-channel outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and networking events.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and CRM databases for targeted lead generation.
- Develop and implement automated email sequences, personalized messaging, and lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Sales Process & Deal Closure:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct consultative selling to understand client pain points and position custom IT solutions, AI/ML services, cloud solutions, and enterprise software development accordingly.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline with a clear forecasting model to track and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- Nurture leads through follow-ups, presentations, and relationship-building activities to drive deeper engagement and conversion.
- Develop account management strategies to increase customer retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Monitor emerging technologies and evolving client needs to align offerings with market demand.
- Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams for service innovation and better positioning.
- Strong Sales Funnel A Data-Driven Approach
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and identify high-value prospects based on firmographics, intent data, and industry trends.
- Use data analytics for lead scoring and prioritize high-intent prospects for effective conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing on outreach campaigns to optimize engagement across different markets.
Nurturing & Engagement:
- Implement multi-touch follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls for higher engagement.
- Leverage personalized content marketing (whitepapers, case studies, and webinars) to establish credibility.
- Host virtual events and industry-focused discussions to generate inbound leads and build thought leadership.
Pipeline Optimization & Conversion:
- Clearly define sales funnel stages (Lead > MQL > SQL > Proposal > Negotiation > Closed-Won).
- Monitor conversion rates at each stage, identify bottlenecks, and optimize touchpoints.
- Use CRM automation to streamline follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and document sharing for an efficient sales cycle.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 4-7 years in B2B international IT sales, with a strong record of closing $1.5-2 million in annual revenue.
- Sales & Outreach Expertise: Proven ability to drive sales through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, Digital transformation, SaaS, Cloud-based applications, and AI-driven solutions.
- CRM & Sales Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and sales intelligence tools.
