Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the Indian job market
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
- Strong understanding of Indian job market trends, including compensation, benefits, and talent availability
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
