Job Responsibilities:
- Lead telemarketing efforts, shaping the future of lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification.
- Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, catering to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and live chat.
- Consistently surpass performance goals, establishing new standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.
- Candidates must be under 40 years of age.
- Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
