Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing, dynamic company where you'll work closely with product & technology teams and collaborate with operations, marketing, and business functions. You'll play a key role in the product development lifecycle and focus on building exceptional experiences for the B2C segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Contribute to the end-to-end product development process-ideating, prototyping, testing, and launching new features.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for new features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product features with business goals and user needs.
- User Testing: Participate in UX testing and provide valuable insights to enhance product usability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, feature specs, and product roadmaps.
- Project Management: Support the tracking of project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of product features.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Engineering graduates in Computer Science (or related field). MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2C product management, ideally within the Travel Tech domain.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in prototyping/wireframing, using tools like Google Spreadsheets, and basic scripting/SQL.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., WebEngage).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
