Profile Summary :
The Distribution Intelligence team is responsible for creating the insights and dashboards necessary to create a more data-driven Distribution organization.The team does this by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales and Marketing efforts/activities to create new client relationships with individual clients, advisors, and distribution partners as well as to retain and strengthen our existing relationships.The team is comprised of data analysts and data experts who work together to convert vast amounts of business and third-party data into actionable insights, improved business decisions, and positive customer interactions.
The position of Senior Analyst is to design and develop robust reporting solutions for Distribution Intelligence group
Consolidate data from multiple data sources and perform data analysis to deliver actionable business insights
Understand business needs to ensure data analysis is meaningful and aligned to business objectives
Identify, research, and resolve data anomalies to ensure data quality
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data and reporting solution from multiple data sources.
Understand business process, identify correct data source, and validate the quality of data source work with engineers to develop high quality data
Explore data, technologies and apply mathematical techniques to derive business insights
Build effective dashboards and reports to help deliver actionable business insights.
Determine the best approach to gather model, manipulate, analyze, and present data
Interpret data to identify trends patterns to make recommendations for improvement
Troubleshoot data issues and enforce data quality standards
Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report Performance
Communicate findings to internal stakeholders including presentation reports in written or verbal format
Contribute to driving effective data visualizations, delivery methodologies, standards, and tools
Evaluate processes and initiatives to measure impact and make appropriate recommendations based on results
Participate in team huddles/standups with the SMEs/team to review and communicate ongoing work
Requirements and Qualifications- 8 years of overall IT experience with hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality and reporting solution
4+ years of experience in developing effective data visualization to deliver insights and quantify benefits using tools such as PowerPoint, Power BI/ Tableau, and Excel
2+ years of Investment Management Institutional knowledge would be a bonus
Working knowledge of Power BI Visualizations, design, and deployment with associated tools
Working knowledge of SQL around querying the loading the data
Ability to present data analysis and complex findings in a business-friendly manner
Ability to validate data quality to ensure it is appropriate for analysis.
Exposure to Salesforce, ADF, Snowflake and relationship databases is beneficial
Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, WebFocus etc. would be beneficial
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Experience working as a direct point of contact with the business and/or key stakeholders
Understanding Azure Cloud platform would be beneficial
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer/ Information Science or quantitative field
Knowledge of Investment Management domain or Financial Services would be a plus.
Exposure to Agile Project Management would be a plus.

Regular work hours: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM IST, with flexibility in work hours
This position allows Hybrid work schedule which requires the individual to be in office 2/3 days a week
Individuals must be available to work US Eastern Standard Time hours as business requires
