The Campaign Manager oversees the implementation and execution of the campaign process while contributing to its strategic optimization and account growth. This position includes daily Campaign Management tasks but goes beyond that with strategic planning and incremental opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manages advertising campaigns and execution - including setup, launch, creative implementation, securing traffic supply, interpreting insertion orders, etc.
- Leads performance communication by tracking, measuring, and analyzing the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting
- Provides strategic and proactive campaign support and development based on insights, client objectives/KPIs and LG Ads product suite and capabilities
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of our clients business and provides optimization and incremental ideas
- Partners with Pod (Account Management & Sales) and other internal teams when necessary, to collaborate overall client strategy, managing expectations, communication and reporting metrics
- Troubleshoots with cross-functional stakeholders in case of any campaign related issues, always ensuring campaigns, reports, and projects are functioning properly
- Responsible for fulfillment of all campaigns and achieving agreed upon KPIs, including QA of campaign setups and updates
- Collaborates with internal teams to improve capabilities, tools, and processes and understands larger financial picture
- Maintains strong knowledge of products and technical capabilities and can communicate in a client facing manner
- Educates clients and internal teams on best practices, provoking thoughtful future initiatives
- Experience in Digital Ad Operations advertising platform, online publisher, ad networks, digital agencies, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience of digital media, performance advertising, advanced insights, and measurement. CTV experience a plus
- Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes
- Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
- Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
