- with National sales manager together, Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major customer of REF&Retail, in the markets
- Define and execute local business strategy in cooperation with HQ and identify strategic actions and deploy it.
- Effectively promote Carel solution and work by defined strategy.
- Be responsible, towards National sales manager of assigned accounts’ sales results.
- Be responsible to propose new initiatives to expand the market shares.
- Improve Carel Brand awareness, attending Exhibitions, Seminaries and Speeches.
- Cooperate with NSM and Regional Marketing Team to define medium and long term strategies.
- Collaborates with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Graduate in electronics
- 6-8 years of experience working with REF equipment companies in Sales Experience (OEM Cold Room, Cooling units, Electronic Control company working in Ref area etc)
- good in English and Marathi
